It’s
very important to us that the whole event runs smoothly and obviously one
of the most important ingredients is the staff. We
have a very good team of waiters, waitresses and back of house staff who
work with us regularly, they have been fully trained, are well presented,
unobtrusive and very helpful. All
staff wear a uniform of black with long black
aprons.
